For over 10 years, Will Beaver has played a major role in supporting people through recovery from addictions and mental illness. Having worked the entire gamut of recovery services, from treatment tech to executive director, Will has gained knowledge and expertise in providing care to clients from the detox to outpatient levels of care. He has built several programs from the ground up, establishing his reputation as an innovative and effective leader, inspiring his staff as much as his clients. He brings to his position as Executive Director a profound empathy for the challenges faced by people struggling with mental illness and addictions and the expertise and knowledge to develop a program that can help people live their best lives and achieve a brighter tomorrow.
is a dedicated clinician and court liaison at River Rocks Recovery, committed to guiding individuals through their journey to lasting recovery. She holds a Certificate in Nursing and an associate’s degree in Addiction Studies, combining her clinical background with specialized training in behavioral health. With extensive experience in addiction counseling and a deep understanding of the intersection between legal systems and behavioral health.
Olivia provides compassionate, evidence-based care while advocating for her clients’ best interests within the court system. Her approach combines clinical expertise with personalized support, helping clients navigate challenges, achieve meaningful progress, and build the foundation for a healthier, more fulfilling life. Olivia’s professionalism, empathy, and commitment make her an invaluable resource to both clients and their families throughout the recovery process.
I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) with over six years of experience helping individuals navigate substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University and advanced training in addiction counseling and trauma-informed care.
My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, using motivational interviewing to meet clients where they are and empower lasting change. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) including EMDR techniques designed specifically for addiction to help reduce cravings and triggers.
I’ve worked across outpatient, residential, and detox settings, providing assessments, individualized treatment planning, and trauma therapy. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and capable of recovery. I deeply care about client advocacy and fostering deep healing, helping individuals reconnect with their strengths and sense of self-worth.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m passionate about community outreach and advocacy for mental health awareness and addiction recovery. Renae brings a strong blend of business leadership and human services experience to her role as Director of Business Development. With a background in business ownership, management, and community engagement, she is passionate about building partnerships that expand access to quality behavioral health and recovery services.
Renae holds a degree in Human and Social Services and is a Licensed Social Work Assistant (LSWA). She is also a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) and is currently pursuing both her bachelor’s degree in social work and her Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II) credential. Her combined expertise in community relations, marketing and social media outreach allows her to connect individuals and organizations with the resources they need most. She values collaboration, integrity, and client-centered service in every partnership she helps build.
A lifelong resident of the Middletown area, Renae enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and sharing her love of animals and music. Her deep local roots and compassionate leadership make her an essential part of the team’s mission to strengthen and uplift the community.
Savannah Reynolds holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working toward my CDCA certification. She serves as an Office Administrator, where she takes pride in maintaining organization and supporting the success of my team. In her free time, Savannah enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as shopping and exploring new places.
Tina Wilbert is a dedicated substance use disorder professional currently working toward her LCDCII licensure. She graduated from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio in 2019 and is nearing completion of her bachelor’s degree in Substance Use Disorder Counseling. Born and raised in Middletown, Ohio, Tina has been working in the field for nearly five years and finds deep fulfillment in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. Her passion and commitment are reflected in her compassionate approach and her ongoing dedication to helping others build healthier, substance free lives.
Frank Wylie is the Clinical Director for River Rocks Recovery. Frank is an independently licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor- Clinical Supervisor and has 26 years in behavioral health and 21 in SUD specific work. Frank has worked with a variety of populations from adolescent to geriatric as well as homeless/housing first, nursing home, hospital, re-entry, OTP/OBOT/Methadone clinic and community based. Well experienced with MAT such as Vivitrol, Naltrexone, Suboxone, Subutex, Methadone, Sublocade, Campral, and Antabuse. Frank had a passion for recovery and is a strong advocate for his clients.
Frank spends his free time camping and fishing and relaxing with friends and family. Married to his wife Holly since 2012 he is a father of four with three dogs and a bearded dragon.
Frank is active in his church, involved in outreach with his small group, and is a board member of the Huber Heights Athletic Foundation.
Frank is excited to be a member of this team and organization and hopes to be a part of the recovery journey for everyone seeking services.
